Fire Tending at Drip is equal parts hospitality, physical work, awareness and leadership.

This is an active outdoor job. You’ll be building and maintaining wood fires, hauling wood and ice, cleaning and resetting the site, moving quickly between tasks, welcoming guests, solving problems in real time and working closely with the rest of the crew.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, mature and genuinely hardworking—people who notice what needs to be done and do it, take responsibility when something goes wrong, communicate clearly and don’t leave their teammates carrying the load.

You don’t need to know everything coming in. You do need to be willing to work hard, learn quickly, take feedback and take ownership.
