Drip Host | Front of House & Guest Experience

Being a Drip Host is equal parts hospitality, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

You're the first person guests meet when they arrive at Drip. You'll welcome them, manage check-ins and bookings, answer questions, help guests find the right memberships or packages, and keep our shared spaces organized and welcoming. You'll work closely with our Firetenders to make sure guests are taken care of and each session runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role that requires equal comfort interacting with guests, managing technology and payments, and jumping in to help maintain the space. We value people who show up, follow through, communicate and receive feedback well, and care about the experience we're creating together.

Weekend availability is especially important for this position.
