This morning event will offer you the space for both strength and renewal as we shift into a new season.
Starting with an energizing Yoga Sculpt flow led by Camilla Fay. The practice is designed to open you up, build strength, and connect you back into your body in the moment. There is the feeling of balance between effort and ease.
From movement, we’ll drop into breathwork, offering tools you can carry with you into the sauna and cold plunge experience. This combination of fire + ice, activation + stillness, invites you to reset and return home to yourself.
