Sundays are for nourishment—beginning with yoga and movement, followed by open sauna time, music, and a chance to simply be with others. This space is designed to foster community and help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Workshop (Yoga / Movement): 10:00 - 11:00 am
Open Sauna + Cold Plunge: 11:00 - 1:00 pm
Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
Single Session: $30 (includes movement class, sauna, and cold plunge + coffee from Cooperative Coffee Roasters)

🔥 Yoga Essentials – Bring a yoga mat (we have rentals to borrow if needed).
🔥 Layers for Yoga – Wear warm layers + socks (it can be crisp outside!).
🔥 Sauna Must-Haves – Pack a bathing suit, towel, hair tie, tote bag, robe or warm sweatshirt, and light sandals for between sauna sessions.
🔥 Hydration – Bring a water bottle (We have electrolytes for purchase - stay hydrated!).
🔥 Change of Clothes – Pack something comfy for after your sauna session.
