Drip After Dark begins with a guided breathwork workshop (led by George Ramsay) to ground, release, and reconnect—followed by open sauna and cold plunge under the night sky, with an ambient DJ set (@DJ Grammy) carrying us into deeper stillness and subtle movement.
This is your invitation to drop the week, tune into your body, and settle into a shared rhythm of rest and renewal.

Drip Sauna is outdoors – here’s our packing list to arrive ready to relax:
🔥 Cozy Layers – It can get chilly in the evening. Bring a robe or warm sweatshirt, plus socks and a hat if you'd like.
🔥 Sauna Essentials – Bathing suit, towel, hair tie, tote bag, and light sandals for between sauna sessions.
🔥 Breathwork Setup – Yoga mat or pad to lie down on (we have a few to borrow if needed), blanket or eye mask for comfort.
🔥 Hydration – Water bottle is a must. Electrolytes are available for purchase.
🔥 Post-Sauna Comfort – Change of clothes to stay warm and cozy after your plunge.
