Sundays are for nourishment—beginning this Sunday with a grounding yoga practice led by Kristin Mitchell, followed by open sauna time, and musical delights from Bliss Codes. This space is designed to foster community and help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Arrival: 10:50 am
Yoga: 11:00 - 12:00 pm
Open Sauna + Cold Plunge: 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
Single Session: $30 (includes movement class, sauna, and cold plunge + coffee from Cooperative Coffee Roasters)
Drip Sauna is located outdoors - so to be best prepared please dress in layers as needed, bring a bathing suit, water bottle, and towel.

How to be extra prepared!
🔥 Yoga Essentials – Bring a yoga mat (we have rentals to borrow if needed).
🔥 Sauna Must-Haves – Pack a bathing suit, towel, hair tie, tote bag, robe or warm sweatshirt, and light sandals for between sauna sessions.
🔥 Hydration – Bring a water bottle (We have electrolytes for purchase - stay hydrated!).
🔥 Change of Clothes – Pack something comfy for after your sauna session.
