Drip Sauna will be fired up to host FREE community sauna & cold plunge sessions for the incredible First Responders, Fire Department, and volunteers and supporting Asheville.

Sauna + Cold Plunge sessions will be running from 3:00-6:00pm.

THANK YOU! You have each done incredible work to lift up the AVL and Western NC community . During this turbulent time with so many folks in need, it’s too easy to overlook the importance of our own wellness. We welcome you with the invitation to slow down, breath, and celebrate yourself with care and self love ~ and to do it alongside other wonderful volunteers.

  • DURATION: Rolling sauna sessions for First Responders and Volunteer.

    WHAT TO EXPECT: Our sauna sessions are a powerful way to give yourself self care and connect with your team. Rotate between sauna, cold plunge, and relaxing outside or next to the fire pit. Each sauna has a capacity of up to 6 people.

    NOTE: Bring your own towel, water bottle, and some light footwear. Come dressed for the sauna with warm clothes for after. Outdoor cold water showers will be available.

    PARKING: Please park in the lot in front of the Dog Tag Art Building - and walk up the gravel road to the Drip site.
