Sensual Flow Yoga & Breathwork for Women is a deeply nourishing and activating experience designed to guide you out of the mind and into the wisdom of your body.
We begin with a sensual, somatic yoga flow led by Amy Natalie. Through slow, intuitive movement, breath, sound, and fluid expression, you’ll be guided to soften, open, and awaken deeper layers of sensation within your body. This practice supports nervous system regulation while expanding your capacity for pleasure, presence, and self-intimacy.
From this grounded and open state, we’ll transition into a guided breathwork journey led by Stephanie Pereira Lima, focused on life force activation.
This breathwork experience is designed to awaken and circulate your life force energy through the body, supporting emotional release, energetic expansion, and a deeper connection to your inner vitality. Through intentional breathing patterns, you’ll be guided to move energy, open your heart and body, and reconnect with your innate aliveness and power.
This is a space to soften, to feel, to receive, and to remember the energy that lives within you.
