This one is about you. Not in a “fix your life” way or a “treat yourself once and move on” way. In a real way. Like choosing yourself for a couple of hours and seeing what happens.

One of the ways we’ll explore this is through bouquet making. We’ll bring a ton of beautiful flowers, and you bring a vase.

We’ll show you a few simple ways to make it look pro-level good and then you get to do your thing. Messy, minimal, wild, whatever feels like you.

It’s less about making it perfect and more about making something just because you want to. Because you like it. Because it feels good. Because it's yours. Because no one else asked for it.

Beyond that, the space is yours to move through:

  • sauna and cold plunge

  • cacao around an altar space

  • music, movement, shaking it out,

  • real conversation or none at all.

You can drop in with people, disappear for a bit, or do both. It’s all welcome.

You’ll leave with a bouquet you made, some new connections, a little more space to be, and a reminder to keep surrounding yourself with beauty.

Each month, we gather for a 2-hour reset built for real life — timed so you can actually make it. Every session centers around a simple theme, like nourishing yourself, creativity, or self-care, with one main activity and a mix of zones to explore depending on your mood.

You might:

  • sweat it out in the sauna

  • cold plunge and question your life (in a good way)

  • make something with your hands

  • sit quietly and not be touched for five minutes

  • or laugh with someone who just gets it.

No one’s calling your name.
No one needs a snack.
No one’s climbing on you.

Just… space.

Over time, this becomes your place, your people, your exhale.
